Booking Structure Each client must be booked under their own name with their selected service. Booking multiple services under one appointment will schedule them consecutively, not simultaneously. After Your Service Services do not include a traditional blowout. For your first appointment, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in, enjoy a beverage, and ensure everything begins smoothly. Your experience will begin with a brief intake review and a personalized scalp analysis so we can understand your current scalp and skin condition. From there, your service will be fully customized to meet your needs that day. Throughout your treatment, you can simply relax while we take care of the details. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. After your service, we recommend minimizing heat styling when possible to help maintain hydration and support overall scalp balance. Heat can quickly dehydrate the hair and scalp, especially after they’ve been freshly cleansed and treated. Which may reduce moisture retention, increase dryness/ sensitivity, and disrupt the scalp’s natural barrier. You’ll also receive personalized recommendations to care for your scalp and skin between visits. If you choose to style your hair before leaving, our complimentary Finishing Bar is always available for your convenience. We want you to feel your best!

Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? No problem, life happens! Please give at least 24 hours notice before canceling or rescheduling. If you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your appointment. Please arrive on time. If you are late by 15 minutes you may be rescheduled/ charged a 50% fee.
